Meet Michael Fleming, owner of Fleming’s Butchers.
Fleming’s Butchers was traditionally a wholesale business, supplying beef, lamb, pork and bacon to high-end restaurants and hotels. Michael quickly became aware of the growing appreciation of his meats by the general public, that he decide to open his first shop in 2006 in Stepaside, Dublin 18. The shop in the heart of Stepaside Village was received extremely well by the people of Stepaside and the surrounding areas, it continues to grow from strength to strength.
In 2013 Michael decided to open another shop this time on the main street in Greystones, Co. Wicklow. With a passion for high quality meats Michael decided he wanted to offer the finest beef possible and installed a dry aged beef room that is magnificently display across his entire shop front.
